I use a basic framework of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you better understand the underpinnings of your personal symptoms of anxiety. Then, with mindfulness work and strategies rooted in CBT, I will help you to create room within yourself and the freedom to engage in your life in a way that you want.

ADHD and neurodivergence has recently been a hot topic in the field of mental health. Most recently, the COVID pandemic created a significant and unpredictable shift in our systems of working and managing our lives. This shift held my attention, particularly its impact on women, and it led me to completing an advanced certification in ADHD. It is important to differentiate between ADHD and symptoms of anxiety and depression in order to provide a best-fit therapeutic experience. My goal is to help individuals see themselves more clearly and gain or regain a sense of agency and integrity within their work and/or personal lives.

With life, comes both joy and suffering. The suffering brings forth uncomfortable and stubborn feelings such as fear, sadness, and anger. Loss is a pain that can feel boundaryless and overwhelming. Internally, this can feel chaotic and out of control. The inner workings of our emotional regulatory system is hijacked.
I can offer a safe space for you to process the harder times in your life and then, together, we can identify a path for you to feel less acute pain and move toward a life that feels more supportive of your joy.

Communication Consultation:
Are you looking for some additional support with communicating with your children or with framing an idea to your boss at work? Do you find that you struggle to express how you feel to your partner?
Send an email for editing or schedule a 30 minute phone call to discuss how to address a situation while using the skills that we will review in session.
$50 for 30 minutes
Decluttering and Organization Support:
Are you struggling to stay focused on tasks due to the clutter on your desk or in your home office? Do you find yourself trying to organize the areas of your home, but you struggle to know where to start?
After an initial 1 hour video planning session, we can tackle the project together and continue the work in therapy to sustain the renewed space.
$150 for the 1-hour planning session
